2.	The mixes supplied contain special crystals allowing the product to chill without freezing and breaking the mechanisms within the unit. NB: USE OF ANY OTHER PRODUCT THAN THOSE PROVIDED WILL PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE UNIT – THE HIRER WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL REPAIR & REPLACEMENT COSTS.

A bond of $100 may be required on delivery of the machine – this will be advised at time of booking. The bond is refundable when the machine is returned in working order with no damage. If the machine is damaged during hire, the bond will be used towards repairs, with any additional repair costs to be paid by the customer immediately. Minimum damage cost will be $100. Any damage caused by misuse, shipping or any other means is to be paid in full within 7 days.

4.	The machine is to be returned in the condition in which it was originally presented.

5.	Any costs arising from accidental damage, fire, theft, transportation, vandalism or damage caused due to incorrect handling are to be borne by the abovementioned hirer. The machine is to remain at the address to which it was delivered until picked up by our qualified driver.

6.	That we provided concentrated mix that is to be mixed strictly 1:4 (1 part concentrate to 4 parts water ONLY). Any deviation from this can damage the unit. Extra containers of mix are $25 and fill 1 side.

7.	At no time should a scourer or similar abrasive be used to clean the unit. We will take the unit away and clean it thoroughly upon pickup.

8.	The customer must be available at the agreed time for both delivery and pick up of the machine by our staff. If this does not occur, or the machine cannot be picked up the day after use, the customer may be liable for an additional day’s hire.

9.	If the machine is repeatedly not made available for collection, legal action will be taken and the customer will be liable for the cost of a new machine.
